Provides students with a solid foundation in the DSM anxiety (and anxiety-related) disorders, focusing on presentation and correlates, as well as etiological formulations and treatments associated with multiple theoretical perspectives. Readings include journal articles, case studies, and empirically supported treatment guides; class activities include role-plays and treatment demonstrations.
