The multidisciplinary nature of developmental research; the psychological, social, cultural, and biological paradigms as they relate to human development; normative and non-normative behaviors and changing cultural values across the life course; comparison of how different age groups (e.g., children, young adults) modify values to work within their specific cultural and social needs.
