Classic and contemporary research methods for the diagnosis and investigation of psychopathology as well as for conducting psychotherapy outcome and process research. Focus on developing proficiency in research methodology, developing skill in interpreting research reports and communicating research findings to other behavioral scientists, and increasing knowledge in the content domains of psychopathology and psychosocial intervention. Prerequisites: Junior or senior status and consent of instructor. PSY 105 and prior course in statistics are strongly recommended. One course.
