How has being a P&N graduate helped shape your professional success?
Being a P&N graduate has given me the skills to comprehend otherwise complex information as well as understand why people do the things they do. Since working I have come across many people with different personalities and by observing their behaviors I am able to figure out what is the best way to approach each person. This skill has definitely made me a better employee as it allows me to gain as much information as possible to better my growth in the work field and in turn help others as needed.
