Psychology has given me the tools to analyze a situation and understand the actors involved. Psych allows me to have a better understanding of human behavior and motivation.
I would tell psych majors that you can do whatever you want with your major after college and that is what is so awesome about Psych. It is such a broad topic that lends itself to almost every career path. I recommend taking advanatage of everything psych has to offer and exploring every aspect of the major, including participating in studies and completing clinical research. Only after you have explored the major can you truly know what area you want to explore post grad.
