Mentorship Program for Students in ABA @ PBS Corp.

My name is Rachael Duncan and I am a Regional Clinical Training Coordinator with Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.).

​I wanted to reach out to let you know about a wonderful opportunity PBS Corp. can provide for your students. PBS Corp. has a mentor program created to provide​ students some experience in the ABA field while working to complete their degree. Our program meets BACB supervision hour requirements and provides real-world relevant experience leading a case under the supervision of BCBAs. We are a well-established, nationwide company in existence since 2007. Our company is owned by a Doctorate-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and operated by BCBAs. We seek to collaborate with other professionals to ensure a person-centered, comprehensive approach to therapy. PBS provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adults diagnosed with Autism or other qualifying diagnosis and we currently provide these services in your area.  Our services are provided in the home, school, and community settings.  PBS conducts assessments in the home environment to determine the goals with the family which often include addressing challenging behaviors and increasing skills in a variety of areas that are targeted.  We implement ABA in real-world situations with the parents being an integral part of ABA therapy.
