The Program Manager for Health and Human Services, sits in the Programs and Practices division of NACo’s Counties Futures Lab and helps to manage a portfolio of projects that aim to promote and foster county-level innovations nationwide. Duties of this position include a variety of professional assignments aimed at informing, educating and assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local services for low-income individuals and families, particularly their access to and engagement in public human services, post-secondary education and workforce development systems. The Program Manager reports to the Associate Program Director, Health and Human Services. The position is dependent on the availability of project-based outside funding.
