The applicant will work closely with the PI for a federally funded project aimed to better understand how to support English learners’ literacy development during the early grades (K-3rd). Tasks for this project will include coding of classroom observations (literacy instruction), data collection (e.g., assessing students, recording classroom instruction) in partner schools, data entry and management, and assisting PI in supervising other project staff. This is a limited part-time position that will start in fall 2021. The position may be renewable pending satisfactory performance and continued grant funding. Reliable transportation is required to travel to and from off-site locations. Proof of immunizations (MMR, Tdap, and Flu) are required to go into the schools.
