Research Project Coordinator Position @ Search Institute

Search Institute is seeking applications for a Research Project Coordinator position. As a Research Project Coordinator, you will support project leads in managing various quantitative, qualitative, participatory, and improvement-based research projects. Several of Search Institute's projects are done in partnership and collaboration with schools, school districts, out-of-school time organizations, and other youth-serving organizations. An ideal candidate will be a champion of positive youth development, advancing equity, and building connections that help all young people learn and grow.

Position Open Date: August 11th, 2023

Basic Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social science field related to Search Institute’s mission (e.g., psychology, human development, education, social work, public health, or another related scientific discipline appropriate to the position).
• At least one year of prior research experience in either psychology, human development, education, social work, or adolescent development.
