The primary responsibilities of this research technician position are to provide comprehensive day-to-day management of different grant submissions and research projects, including identifying potential grant opportunities and assisting with the preparation of those submissions, preparation of new study materials for IRB review, tracking of recruitment and participant flow on existing projects, management of study data and paperwork across domestic and international sites, and providing clinical outcome assessments on participants if needed. The individual hired in this role will primarily work on intervention studies related to mental health, sexual and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS care and prevention in both domestic and international settings, as well as on projects that aim to mitigate disparities among transgender and gender diverse individuals.
