Seeking RAs for New Study of an Attachment-Based Program @ University of Maryland

We are currently seeking up to two fulltime research assistants. A parttime position is also possible. These positions will be for a minimum of 1.5 years as part of an NICHD-funded R01 study. The main RA responsibilities will consist of recruiting mothers at a pediatric clinic and conducting home-based data collection with mothers and their infants via maternal interview and videorecorded research activities.

The ideal candidates will be bilingual/bicultural individuals with prior experience in research/program evaluation and substantive interest/expertise in attachment and/or infant mental health.

These positions will offer great opportunities to individuals looking to gain hands-on experience before applying to a graduate program.

All project staff will be part of a dynamic community-based intervention research team committed to promoting equity and to careful mentoring of junior team members.

We would very much appreciate your sharing this posting with talented students, research staff who may be departing your projects due to grants winding down, and your wider networks.

If you know of excellent individuals who are definitely job-hunting, in addition to applying online, they can send a brief cover letter and CV via email to: lberlin@ssw.umaryland.edu. They should specify in their letter their level of Spanish fluency.
