    This position is a half-time research assistant position to work on site at Andrews AFB, Maryland on a USDA-funded Family Advocacy Program study. This person is the on-site administrator of the sponsored project to facilitate daily implementation of the research project by promoting the program, selecting research participants, designing and implementation database information and collaborating with the researchers at Kansas State University, Northern Illinois University and other Air Force bases involved in the project.

    Required Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, human ecology or business related field.
    Required experience is experience with and/or knowledge of military family support programs.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    General knowledge of administration and research methodology at academic institutions, experience in conducting research, knowledge of domestic violence, demonstrated ability to work with confidential materials, and computer competency.
