The Lafitte Awards and Grants support eligible undergraduate and graduate students in their academic, research, and professional development activities. Current funding opportunities include the Lafitte Travel Award and Lafitte Research Grant.
- Undergraduate Lafitte Awards and Grants: Undergraduate students majoring in Psychology or Neuroscience who work with a Duke faculty member are eligible to apply.
- Graduate Lafitte Awards and Grants: Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in the Psychology & Neuroscience Department, as well as CNAP students, are eligible to apply.

Lafitte Grants and Awards are distributed through reimbursement. Please use the Receipt Submission Portal to submit your receipts for reimbursement.
Unused funds will be reabsorbed and used to support future Lafitte grants and awards.
Extensions are not permitted, except for the Lafitte Graduate Research Grant. Recipients may request a one-time extension of up to six months. Please email pn-grad-grants@duke.edu for further instructions.
