We invite you to apply to the Emerging Leaders Institute for spring 2022. The program is open to postdocs and Graduate School students through a competitive application process and is co-sponsored by The Graduate School and the Office of Postdoctoral Services.
The Emerging Leaders Institute aims to develop participants' leadership, professional adaptability, communication, self-awareness, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills, preparing them to perform as competent, confident, and effective leaders at Duke and beyond. The Emerging Leaders Institute can form one of the first steps in a lifelong commitment to professional development.
To learn more, attend the Emerging Leaders Institute Information Session on Tuesday, December 7 from 12-1 pm via Zoom. You’ll hear from the program director and several program alumni about their experiences.
Please note that although the information session is on Zoom, the Institute is planned to be in-person on campus during spring 2022 on January 21, January 28, February 11, February 18, and March 18 from 12:30 to 4:30 pm.
