Save the date for the next Jean Piaget Society Meeting to be held in Madrid, Spain from June 1-3, 2023! The topic of our meeting will be “Bringing theory to the forefront of developmental neuroscience”. We anticipate a lively meeting discussing how developmental theory can inform neuroscience and vice versa.
Plenary speakers are Dr. Rosario Rueda, Dr. Marie Arsalidou, Dr. Eveline Crone, and Dr. Peter Marshall.
As always, we welcome submissions from any discipline of human development, so your submissions need not address our conference theme (although submissions in developmental neuroscience are also welcome).
The Call for Papers will be distributed this September with a submission deadline in December (specific dates to follow).
Madrid is today one the most dynamic cities in Europe. It stands out in areas as diverse as art, literature, and gastronomy. Madrid is home to the Prado Museum, one of the most important galleries in the world, and to the Reina Sofía Museum, dedicated to art of the 20th and 21st centuries and home to the most well-known painting of Picasso, “El Guernica”.
Our conference will be held at a historic cultural center in Madrid, El Ateneo de Madrid. There are many hotels a short distance from the conference venue as well as restaurants, museums, and art galleries.
