Lab Manager Position @ Cornell University

Position Description
The lab manager will carry out both research and administrative tasks. The research tasks will mostly relate to research with young children, such as recruitment, study design, data collection, data coding, and training of undergraduate student researchers. The administrative tasks will include preparation of IRB protocols, coordination of lab activities, communication with other labs, preschools, and schools, and ordering services and equipment for the lab.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in psychology, cognitive science, or education (or equivalent), experience conducting research with children, and a desire to pursue a career in psychology or a related field. For more details, see job posting and attached ad.

This is a full-time 1-year appointment with a possible extension contingent on successful performance. The target start date is August 1, 2023.
