MDRC’s Families and Children Policy Area is hiring an Operations Associate to focus on strategy and outreach!

This is a unique opportunity to build strategic collaborations and implement programs in the early childhood and K-12 fields, working at the intersection of practice, policy, and research.

This role focuses on strategy and outreach, and covers a range of possible activities within MDRC’s national and state-level early care and education and pre-K work, including collaborating with states, districts, and educational institutions to build the evidence base around strategies for improving children’s learning and development in early care and education, strengthening data-informed insights to inform program improvement to support equitable early learning for young children, measurement development, qualitative and quantitative analysis, project development, and dissemination.
